  • Performed heuristic usability evaluation of Samaritan Consulting website maintenance application. Documented critical issues and recommended improvements, several of which the client implemented.
  • Participated on a six-month project team that developed and documented an Information Strategy Plan using the Information Engineering methodology. Wrote executive summary.
  • Developed information architecture on a project team using IBM's Business Systems Planning methodology. Wrote executive summary.

Business Process Management:

  • Developed a business improvement deployment strategy by designing a Business Process Management process that formed the basis for all process improvement efforts.
  • Standardized criteria for spending decisions and resource allocation by leading the design and implementation of Prioritization, Expense Management, and Resource Allocation processes.
  • Improved alignment between operational activities and the strategic plan by co-facilitating senior management team through the design, implementation and deployment of a strategic planning and measurement system (a Balanced Scorecard).
  • Designed a process to cascade the Balanced Scorecard throughout the profit center, improving strategic and operational alignment and advancing Business Process Management. Integrated the system with the existing Employee Performance Management process.
  • Reduced errors, improved efficiency and increased customer satisfaction by leading numerous teams through process improvement projects, recommending appropriate performance measures to drive improvement.
